Rob's House

I came to Fairhaven in 2002 and rented a room from Rob on
Donovan Ave.  His house lies between the boat launch on
Bellingham Bay and the Greenways interurban path.  We built
two matching wooden kayaks together and voyaged around
the Puget Sound and Vancouver Island together.

I remember quite well when I first road my bike down this path at the
head of the street. It was like going down the rabbit hole in Alice in
Wonderland, I was to find miles of beautiful shaded paths to follow and increase
my biking endurance.
